The Senior CIP Project Manager selected for this opportunity will gain key public sector experience in CIP wastewater projects that can effectively position you to pursue and obtain key, sought-after public sector jobs. We are looking for a Senior Engineer that has 10+ years of experience in project management for wastewater projects to work hybrid (on-site and remote) and part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) in the Chino area. 

As a Senior Wastewater CIP Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform CIP project planning/design, engineering and construction project management.
• Participate as a project engineer or project manager on engineering design and construction.
• Prepare requests for proposal from engineering consultants and evaluates proposals
• Direct and oversee the preparation of engineering plans, specifications, designs and project cost estimates for CIP projects.
• Monitor and provide design engineering support for capital construction work in progress.
• Serve as a key member of the capital project team and assist in resolving major operational issues during design and construction.

As a Senior Wastewater CIP Project Manager, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Required: Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible, diversified engineering and project management, preferably in wastewater treatment, potable water treatment, and water distribution systems.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
• Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
