Job Description
Project Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer with 15+ years of experience to assist our public client in the Carson area. The position will be on-site and either part-time or full-time (approximately 20-40 hours per week).
The Senior Process Engineer duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform detailed process engineering analysis including water quality improvement, hydraulic analysis, and determination of key design parameters and process sizing.
- Evaluate the work of retained contractors on complex capital improvement projects and ensure contractor compliance with project schedules.
- Develop and review complex consultant engineering reports, proposals, designs, drawings, and construction specifications.
- Revise design and construction standards to improve methods, procedures, and practices.
- Prepare studies and reports relating to current and long-range capital improvement and facilities expansion needs.

Job Requirements
The Senior Process Engineer will have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering or closely related field
- Licensed California Professional Engineer (PE)
- Minimum 15 years of professional engineering experience including in a project management capacity
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
- Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
