Project Partners is seeking a Designer with 3+ years of experience in Revit applications to assist our public client in the Los Angeles area. The position will be on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week). 

The Revit Designer duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Create facility piping & equipment layout designs using Revit for water/wastewater projects, including plant utility layout models, utility galleries, and odor control systems.
• Create engineering calculations and establish mechanical design parameters.
• Research record maps, field notes, and other engineering records.
• Perform drafting and detailing of construction plans.
• Ensure engineering calculations and plans prepared are accurate and conform to standards.

The Revit Designer will have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical design experience using Revit
• Familiarity with wastewater treatment plants is desired
• Familiarity with structural design is a plus
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
• Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
