Job Description

Project Partners is seeking a Project Analyst with 5+ years of experience to assist our public client in the Jurupa Valley area. The position will be hybrid on-site/remote and part-time (approximately 20 hours per week). 

The Project Analyst duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications.
  • Create and manage documentation and reports.
  • Track, forecast, and report on project progress.
  • Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

The Project Analyst will have:

  • Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Business, Administration, or a related field is desired
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating public works projects
  • Experience in MS Project is desired
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and work cooperatively
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
  • Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
