Job Description

Project Partners is seeking an Engineering Analyst/Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to assist our public client in the Jurupa Valley area. The position will be hybrid on-site/remote and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week). 

The Engineering Analyst/Project Manager duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications.
  • Create and manage documentation and reports.
  • Track, forecast, and report on project progress.
  • Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders
  • Prepare requests for bids (RFBs) and review project scope, review specifications, and engineering designs.
  • Implement the planning and design of water engineering projects, including well upgrades, reservoir maintenance, pressure reducing valve (PRV) maintenance, and booster station maintenance.

Job Requirements

The Engineering Analyst/Project Manager will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of project administration and coordination and engineering project management experience in the heavy civil water industry
  • Experience in MS Project is desired
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and work cooperatively
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
  • Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
