Job Description
Project Partners is seeking an experienced Control Systems Analyst with 10 - 15 years of experience to assist our public client in the Chino area. The position will be hybrid on-site/remote and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
The Control Systems Analyst duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Design, program, install, repair, and maintain the reliability of plan automation systems on multiple platforms, programmable logic controllers (PLC), SCADA, DCS, and plant information local area and wide area networks
- Assist with maintenance of network communications including radio systems and microwave network to various offices and facilities
- Participate in systems enhancements and upgrades
- Plan and lay out jobs from drawings, sketches or verbal instructions
- Create standard operating procedures and operation guidance documents and other systems documentation
- Design, develop, and program new and enhanced automations controls
- Provide guidance and design review of process automation control systems-related projects
- Assist in developing strategies and plans for plant automation and data communication enhancements, including the selection of hardware and software

Job Requirements
The Control Systems Analyst will have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or a closely related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and administration of process automation and control systems
- Completed Rockwell Automation courses are desirable: CCP250, CCP251, CYB101-EL, CCP183, CCV207, PRC201, PRC203-EL
- Certification in AVEVA Pi (formerly OSI Soft Pi) is desirable
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
- Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
