The Business Analyst selected for this opportunity will gain key public sector experience in contract tracking and analysis that can effectively position you to pursue and obtain key, sought-after public sector jobs. We are looking for a Data Analyst that has 3+ years of experience in process mapping and data analysis for contracts to work on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) in the Santa Ana area. 

As a Business Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform data analysis associated with various maintenance service contracts related to heavy construction equipment, portable equipment, greenery process equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Perform data analysis associated with equipment rental contracts.
• Perform data analysis associated with other assigned contracts.
• Assist with the development, tracking, and trending of maintenance and reliability key performance indicators (KPI)
• Perform process mapping for assigned processes, policy, and procedures using Microsoft Visio.
• Work closely with other staff to develop reliability maintenance planning dashboards through Sharepoint.

As a Business Analyst, you will have:

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of contract tracking or contract management
• Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel creating graphs and pivot tables
• Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft Visio
• Preferred: Courses completed at an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Business or Public Administration, Urban Planning, Communications, or other related discipline
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
• Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
