Job Description
Project Partners is seeking an Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to assist our public client in the Jurupa Valley area. The position will be hybrid on-site/remote and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
The Business Analyst duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collect and analyze data for assigned water projects.
- Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications.
- Create and manage documentation and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, creating graphs, and reports.
- Track, forecast, and report on project progress.
- Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders from different departments.

Job Requirements
The Business Analyst will have:
- Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Business, Administration, or a related field is desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel required
- Experience in MS Project is desired
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and work cooperatively
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
- Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
