Project Partners is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor with 3+ years of experience to assist our public client in the Lemon Grove area. The position will be on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week). 

The Sanitation Supervisor duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide skilled support in the organization, administration, and maintenance of storm drain and sewer collection systems.
• Operate and manage the day-to-day activities for the sanitation maintenance operations.
• Track emergency responses and recommend solutions for maintenance or operational problems.
• On-call for emergencies and incidents such as sewer overflows.
• Assist in the engineering, construction, and inspection for capital improvement projects to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to the team.
• Prepare written reports and make effective public presentations.

The Sanitation Supervisor will have:

• High school graduation or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in sanitation work or equivalent with increasing responsibility in operations and planning
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience of line workers
• Grade III Wastewater Collection System Maintenance Technologist Certificate is desired
• NASSCO’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Program is desired
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
• Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
